French cage-shaped chandelier, made of a gilded bronze structure and richly adorned with cut crystals in the shape of leaves, flowers, and teardrops, topped by a central hanging crystal ball that adds movement and balance to the piece.

The lamp comes from a French château, where these pieces were used to illuminate reception rooms, dining rooms, and galleries, creating bright and sophisticated atmospheres thanks to the play of reflections from the cut crystal.

Its design responds to the decorative language of the Rococo-inspired Louis XV style, characterized by curved arms and organic forms that support a cascade of crystals. This type of chandelier was especially developed in France at the end of the 19th century, reinterpreting the grand chandeliers of the 18th century present in palaces and aristocratic residences.

The marks of time are part of its beauty.
The piece is preserved in good condition, having elegantly withstood the test of time. Like all antique pieces, it may show slight signs of use, patina, or small irregularities inherent to its history, features that enhance its authenticity and make it a unique object.

Measurements: 107 cm high x 60 cm diameter.
